I share what others aren’t willing to share and I look at life differently because I don’t believe in rules. I’ve always made my own. I’m finally ready to talk about me and my life so buckle up because I can guarantee you it’s going to get a little wild here. I’m going to cover the good, the bad and the ugly about things that really matter to me. And trust me, I’ll never hold back. During this episode we discuss the reality of mental health issues in today's world which as we all know, ain't easy.
Alyx is one of my best friends and I have learned so much from her about anxiety disorder, ADHD, her battle with addiction over the years, medication and so much more.
